1. Role of Platform

First Responder Air Support ("FRAS") acts solely as a connector and facilitator between independent drone pilots and requesting agencies or individuals. FRAS does not directly provide aerial services and is not a certified air carrier.

2. Pilot Responsibility

Pilots in the FRAS network are independent operators. They are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all FAA regulations (Part 107 or 44807 exemptions).
  • Obtaining necessary airspace authorizations (LAANC, COA).
  • Safe operation of their aircraft.
  • Maintaining their own liability insurance.

3. Liability Disclaimer

FRAS assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from missions coordinated through this platform. Use of this service is at your own risk.
